A Point of View on Building Better Business
Possibility is everywhere.
After 14+ years working across commercial strategy, brand, digital, creative and operations, I’ve come to believe one thing:
Every business holds more potential than is immediately visible from inside it.
Founders and leadership teams eventually reach a point where the realities of today’s business make it difficult to imagine what tomorrow could be. My role is to create the perspective needed to see what may be hiding in plain sight.
Sometimes that means repositioning the business.
Sometimes it means developing a stronger offer, new revenue stream, smarter partnership, clearer message or more focused direction.
Sometimes it means realizing the biggest opportunity isn’t something new at all, it’s something valuable already sitting inside the business.
Once the right opportunity is clear, decisions become easier to align. The work is to connect strategy, positioning, marketing, design and execution around one commercial direction.
Growth often begins by seeing what others don’t—and having the clarity to act on it. That’s the lens I bring to every founder and leadership team I work with.
About Drew
I'm Drew Jessup.
A strategist, creative leader and operator with 14+ years of experience building brands, businesses and teams. I've helped scale an agency from launch, led positioning and growth engagements across industries, and repositioned and grown businesses from the owner's side of the table.
That combination makes my approach commercially grounded, creatively ambitious and closely connected to execution. I don't just help identify the possibility. I help turn it into action.

The Experience Behind the Perspective
Approach
Possibility needs discipline.
Seeing opportunity is only the beginning. The work is deciding which possibility is worth pursuing, aligning the business around it and turning it into something the team can actually deliver.
The stated problem is rarely the whole problem. I look for what has changed, where the tension sits and which decision will unlock the next stage.
The most valuable opportunities often sit between commercial strategy, brand, customer experience and operations. I connect those perspectives instead of treating them as separate briefs.
Growth doesn't come from pursuing every good idea. It comes from making deliberate choices about position, priorities, investments, and what not to do.
A strategy is only useful if a team can act on it. I translate direction into offers, messages, experiences, campaigns and roadmaps that can be delivered and measured.
Clear positioning. Clear priorities. Clear investments. A roadmap the team can confidently deliver.
